You can use Kari Patta Chatni with Samosa,Pakodi,Idli,Dosa etc
Ingredients
- 1 cup Curri patta.
- 1/4 cup roasted pea nut without cover.
- 3 or 4 green chilli.
- 1/4 tsp cumin seed.
- 1/4 tsp suger.
- 1 table spoon fresh curd.
- 2 tsp oil.
- 2 dry red chilli.
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds.
- Salt to taste.
How to Make
Directions
- Grind cury patta , cumin seed ,pea nut, green chilli, salt, suger in a mixer pot with the help of mixer.
- put it out in a bowl.
- Add fresh curd.
- Mix it well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- When oil is hot drop in mustard seeds.
- When the mustard seeds crackeled add red chilli.
- Then add this tadka on chatni.
- It is ready to eat with south indian dishes.
