Slow The Ageing Process

There's no magic formula that can reverse the aging process but there are some things you can do to to grow old slowly, gracefully and healthfully.

  1. stress can age us...avoid stress...people who are stressed over long periods tend to look haggard.chronic stress may speed up the ageing process, and stress management might slow it down.

  2. Smoking accelerates the aging of a person's DNA by about 4.6 years and obesity by nine years.

  3. Tobacco smoke contains poisons, which may affect cells at one of the most fundamental levels.

  4. Both smoking and obesity are important risk factors for cancer, cardiovascular disease and Alzheimer's - commonly referred to as diseases of aging and one might not want to believe this but what one eats goes a long way in keep one young energetic and healthy.

  5. Says nutritionist, Ishi Khosla, "One should intake a diet which is rich in valuable anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals like essential vitamins, folic acids and Vitamin B-12."

Stay Fit Without Spending Any Money

Drink 1.25 liters of water (4 glasses), which has been kept overnight, early morning before sunrise & before brushing the teeth. Don’t eat & drink for 45 min. of course you wash & brush, after drinking. Do not exercise for 30 min. While following this treatment one can drink water only 2 hrs after meals.
